$20 For a burger? Seriously?

Yeah, seriously. Club Noir isn't interested in serving anything less than high quality. With a custom blend of beef featuring chuck and brisket and buns baked fresh (from Scratched Bread right here in town), you could say it's comparable to a steakhouse burger.

What is this place exactly?

Club Noir is Midland's one and only, exclusively internet-based kitchen. Focused on food quality, consistency, and speed. Meaning no dine-in, no waitresses. Just a lean and smooth operation.

Is there dine-in?

Nope. Just a so called "Ghost Kitchen". No tables, just curbside pickup and delivery.

Do the burgers come with fries?

Yes! The burgers (or Stacks) come with a side order of fries. Also the toppings are included in the price. Even the premium toppings, bacon, extra cheese, etc.

How can I contact you?

To ease service operations, we do not take orders over the phone. But you can email bren@clubnoirmidland.com for customer service, or call or text 989-203-4822. We try to be very proactive in this, and honestly a text or email would be preferred.

What are your hours?

The kitchen is open for service 5 days a week closed Mondays and Thursdays. The kitchen runs until 3am or sell-out.

How do I order?

To order: we have custom app, that you can find here
FOR PICKUPS: Our app with show you where we are, otherwise the address is 1525 Washington Street, Midland, MI, 48640.

We don't have a sign yet but it is the Meal Prep Proz building.

In case of emergencies (tech issues) you can use the Back Door.

Why app-based ordering?

Club Noir uses app-based ordering to keep things smooth and lets you customize exactly what you want, and you can clearly see your cart before you check out. In 2025, we have done away with "Does it come with pickles?"

Any plans for the future?

Yes! We always are looking ahead to see what new and fun things we can bring to the party at 12am. Future concepts include but not limited to:

-Glass Jars for 12oz sauces.
-Drinks, specialty drinks, espressos, etc.
-Operations on Monday and Thursday. (You can make that happen here)
-Converting into an entirely seed oil free kitchen.
-Weekly specials from our inspired cooks.
-Monthly rotation of local baked goods, desserts, etc.
