$20 For a burger? Seriously?
Yeah, seriously. Club Noir isn't interested in serving anything less than high quality. With a dry aged brisket/chuck blend and buns baked fresh (from Scratched Bread right here in town), you could say it's comparable to a steakhouse burger.
Do the burgers come with fries?
Yes! The burgers (or Stacks) come with a side order of fries. Also the toppings are included in the price. Even the premium toppings, bacon, extra cheese, etc.
How can I contact you?
To ease service operations, we do not take orders over the phone. But you can email bren@clubnoirmidland.com for customer service, or call or text 989-203-4822. We try to be very proactive in this, and honestly a text or email would be preferred.
Any plans for the future?
Yes! We always are looking ahead to see what new and fun things we can bring to the party at 12am. Future concepts include but not limited to:
-Glass Jars for 12oz sauces.
-Drinks, specialty drinks, espressos, etc.
-Operations on Monday and Thursday. (You can make that happen here)
-Converting into an entirely seed oil free kitchen.
-Weekly specials from our inspired cooks.
-Monthly rotation of local baked goods, desserts, etc.
Where did you go?
We had an explosive grand opening that's for sure, selling out most of our items in the first few hours, during launch tech issues became evident, and Z realized we needed more time, more infrastructure and way more food to sell. Our current lease was restrictive, and Club Noir needed more freedom to express so that we could bring Midland, high quality and consistent food.
